Making A Purchase

Browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

Each product will have details of the information we need for that product - please follow the instructions carefully. If we need more information after you have paid then we will email you - but this may delay your order.

If you need to change the contents of your cart click on 'view cart' here you can also change the quantity if you want more than one identical item.

The ruling price is that prevailing at despatch.

Postage and packing is defined by the total value of your goods, prices are as follows :-

Delivery Schedule

In normal circumstances we aim to despatch goods within 2 working days and you will be notified when they have been despatched.

For embroidery only orders a delivery date will be agreed at the time of ordering.

In times of holidays or high order volumes etc, the current despatch times message on the home page will show how long despatches should take.

If possible please do not email us straight after placing an order requesting a delivery date because we receive so many emails and it takes so much time to reply to them. We would rather be spending our time embroidering and sending the orders!

Back Orders

We make every effort to keep this website up to date with any out of stock information - if however an item is not showing as out of stock but we do run out of it we will let you know and send you the rest of the goods and the remaining items will follow within a couple of weeks. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of the order in order to allocate the stock to you.

Guarantee

For non personalised goods we offer a full no quibbles guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product please return it and we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

We are not able to refund the postage charge unless the goods are faulty.

We do NOT offer refunds or replacements on personalised items unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalisation details.

Privacy Policy

Rainbow Stitches do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods and you will be given an address to return them to. Please specify if you would like a replacement or full refund.

If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging. We are not able to refund or replace personalised goods unless they are faulty as we are not able to resell them.

You will receive a refund or replacement within 2 weeks of returning the goods

We are unable to process any queries regarding orders over 90 days old.

Remittance Terms

Full payment is required in advance of shipping.

Force Majeure

We shall be at liberty to cancel or suspend deliveries in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as Act of God, sanctions, blockade, war or threat of war, terrorism, riot or civil commotion, power cut, shortage of raw materials or machinery breakdown, strikes or lockouts, curtailment of manufacture, delay of delivery or any other circumstances beyond our control.

We shall have no liability for any loss to the purchaser in these circumstances whether consequential or otherwise.
